I’ve seen a few in northern California, two or three 79-83 2wds and one 84 4wd. They were for sure American models.

They pop up infrequently around here (PNW, yo). I tried to buy a RWD longbed a few years ago. Guy said he sold it 15 minutes after posting the ad. Sad!
